We are a full service salon that caters to each of our clients needs. We have certified professionals who take pride in pampering everyone from head to toe. It is our goal that you experience the relaxation and expert care you so deserve! When you walk in the door we want it to feel as if you have walked into your own private Spa. We pride ourselves in educating our clients about every product that we use on them or sell to them for home use. We are always available to clients for additional consultations even beyond their appointment.

In addition to providing you with excellent service during your appointment we also offer the leading salon products in the industry. We recommend products based upon your specific needs and hair type. Some salons promote products for the sole purpose of increasing their revenue. At Sharon Riegner's Beauty Wellness Salon we only recommend what we believe will benefit you. If we can not stand behind it we won't sell it. Your satisfaction is what matters most to us.

"When I was 14 years old I received a haircut that brought me to tears. As I walked out of that chain salon, I vowed to never cut my hair again. Three years later, a junior in high school with frizzy , long hair, I needed a style. Having no transportation, and seeing a sign on my walk home from the bus stop that read Sharon Riegner’s Salon, I did what I had vowed never to do, I made a hair appointment. When I sat in the chair for the first time do you know what Sharon said to me? She said, “Talk to me”. Talk to me. Can you believe that? Never before had I heard such a thing. Tears flowed, because it is customary to cry at the hair salon, right? Or was it...Not at Sharon’s. At Sharon’s she takes itzy bitzy’s and when you ask her do something drastic she asks what is wrong and talks you through what ever it is you need. You leave with a fabulous hairstyle that you love and a feeling of warmth, love and confidence. I invited my mom. She and Sharon started a relationship of their own, including hair, dye, wax and spiritual support. I invited my sister. She and Sharon become friends and my sister finds not only a colorist, but also a confidante. I have a daughter, then two. My sister has a daughter, then two. Every haircut (except for the one when my daughter was three and decided to cut her and her cousin’s hair) was done at Sharon’s with a feeling of family and community and love. In fact, she was the lifesaver who was able to fix what my daughter had chopped. Now my daughter, Brielle, works there on Saturday mornings. My mom works there too, how cool that when my 17 year-old daughter needs to practice for a play or go on a youth retreat, she can just call grand-mom and ask her to go in to Sharon’s for her. I could not be happier to have my daughter learn directly from one of the most valuable people I have ever met. I am writing on behalf of my 91 year old mother who has been one of
Sharon's clients for about 40 years. Mom looks forward to her Saturday
morning hair appointments where she is always welcomed with a cheery
"good morning". One reason mom has been one of Sharon's "girls" for so
many years is that Sharon takes the time to build relationships with
her clients, to understand their unique needs and wants. The other
reason is that Sharon is a master hair stylist. Mom's hair is always
beautifully coiffed. She has received countless compliments on her hair
over the years from friends and strangers alike.
Now that mom is in her nineties, she requires a little extra gentleness and care. When I first went to Sharon for a hair cut I was shocked when I said I just wanted a trim. I had had some really bad hair cuts, left salons in tears because no one would do my hair the way I wanted. I'd tell them I just want a trim, I walk out of the salon very upset and angry because my hair was so short. Sharon said "itsy bitsy" I thought she knows exactly what I want. As a matter of fact I learned a long time ago Sharon wanted to always give you just what you wanted. She would say "it's your head, not mine, what do you want me to do? I admired a stranger's haircut and asked who had done it. She gave me
Sharon's name and number and thus my start with a gal who really knows
what she is doing. On my first visit, Sharon took the time to analyze
my hair and recommend a style that would complement the shape of my
face. It was the best haircut I had had in years! I also started
taking my 87 year old Mom to Sharon's. Mom's hair had started falling
out and she was concerned. Sharon used her knowledge to turn things
around and Mom soon had a full head of healthy hair. In addition,
Sharon has other talents including Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Massage
appointments. All this, plus Sharon's friendly, outgoing manner add up
to a winning combination.
